Psychology has been my lifelong passion, ingrained in me for as long as I can recall. The intricate workings of human behavior and the immense potential of the mind have always fascinated me. I consider myself fortunate to have pursued this passion, transforming it into my purpose, and eventually, my profession.
I firmly believe that therapy goes far beyond the confines of theory and textbooks. The trajectory of my mental health journey has been shaped by my personal experiences, merging with the wealth of knowledge, varied experiences, and personal growth I've accumulated.
Being involved in this field resonates deeply as an authentic calling—a blend of meaningful tasks perfectly aligned with my skills and abilities. Guiding my clients towards gaining insight, tapping into their innate strengths, and developing skills and confidence to shape a more fulfilling and harmonious life brings me profound satisfaction and purpose.
In my role as a Psychotherapist and Life Coach, I extend compassionate support to individuals (adults and children), couples, and families. My approach blends specialized techniques cultivated over years, aiming not only to unravel and resolve core issues but also to empower individuals to reach their fullest potential.
Beyond therapy, I facilitate proactive, enjoyable, and engaging Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops rooted in the science of well-being and positive psychology. These workshops are designed for students, educators, and parents, fostering social, emotional, and educational growth while nurturing mental health and overall well-being.
